Switching gears. Thanksgiving is right around the corner, only 15 days to be exact. This year I am trying to incorporate some new family traditions for the Holidays. Here are some traditions that are sure to be fun, and create some lasting memories!

1. When your guest arrive ask them write down what they are grateful for. After dinner, you can all gather around and read them

2. Have a mini pumpkin hunt

3. Play a game (We are planning on playing Hedbanz-Act Up it looks like a really fun one that will get everyone laughing)

4. Watch Football

5. Ask your guest to bring a Christmas ornament. The ladies can slip away and do the exchange while the guys watch football

6. Participate in a community Thanksgiving Day Race

7. Watch a holiday movie
8. Prepare a simple craft for the children to make or print some Thanksgiving coloring pages off the web to keep them busy for a least a littlewhile9. Pick names for a Secret Santa exchange10. Watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade

I am excited to add some of these new traditions to my Thanksgiving this year! Do you have any traditions that are special to your family? I would love to hear them:)

Thank you for stopping in today!! Always remember that you are AWESOME!!
